Ms. Song has more than 20 years of industrial operation management experience. In 2009, she led the buildout of EnviroVest Group’s integrated environmental services and invested in the construction and operation of a large-scale hazardous waste remediation project, which later became a benchmark enterprise in the sector. Ms. Song and her team have also established global collaboration with the Euro Institute for Information and Technology Transfer (EITEP), the Federation of the Italian Associations of Mechanical and Engineering Industries (ANIMA), and the World Bank’s private investment arm International Financial Corporation (IFC), among many leading institutions in the area of environmental technologies, global business development and investment opportunities. Ms. Song is an avid promoter of introducing advanced and time-tested European environmental protection technologies to China for the supply & demand synergistic market integrations and the benefit of the global environments. In recent years, Ms. Song has made tremendous efforts to introduce and expand advanced hazardous waste incineration and landfill operation and management process technologies, soil remediation technologies, alternative fuels, eco-friendly recycling technologies, river and bay waters cleanup technologies, as well as other advanced integrated remediation solutions technologies and processes to China, and to find their application, further develop and customize, and has successfully established industry benchmarking standards.

In 2018, Ms. Song initiated a "Go-Green" action in Europe, calling for the introduction and adoption of advanced European environmental protection technologies and experiences in developing countries. The purpose is to gain support from the governments, businesses, and the European environmental services community in leading countries such as Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Finland. In 2019, Ms. Song and ANIMA of Italy collaborated in the creation of the EU Green Economy Confederation (GEC), and was named the first co-chair of GEC to promote the “win-win” collaboration between EU environmental technology solution providers and Chinese companies in need of the technologies to tackle the many environmental issues.

Dr. Ritter is an internationally renowned interdisciplinary scientist. He had worked at Aachen University of Science and Technology and Jülich Atomic Bomb Research Center. He was the general manager of Germany energy and water supply departments. Dr. Ritter is the founder and President of the Euro Institute for Information and Technology Transfer (EITEP).

Dr. Ritter has engaged in the development of many international energy, water, environmental and infrastructure projects, including large projects sponsored by the German Technical Cooperation Corporation (GTZ), the German Ministry of Environmental Protection, and by the United Nations. Projects he was involved in included the discussion and implementation of the project to improve the quality of drinking water in rural China; China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and Asian Development Bank's (ADB)- Energy saving and environmental protection strategy: Hunan Province's industrialization strategy research; Germany's supply of Iran and Egypt's natural gas strategy, and many of Germany’s Gas and Water Industry Association's official research projects.

Mr. Heinz Schumacher has more than 40 years of experience in European industrial management and operations and has extensive industry network and resources throughout Europe. He is a member of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Bielefeld.

Mr. Schumacher had served as the general manager of Poggenpohl, Germany and as director of Asia-Europe export sales and marketing for 24 consecutive years. He then founded a global industry company GLOBE IMPEX in 1996 and created Sino-German investment opportunities for its German and Chinese investors in 2001. Since 2004, he has become the joint venture partner of EnviroVest Group in Germany, and is responsible for the Group’s German business development.

Mr. Bai Haojun has been practicing in the hazardous waste remediation industry for many years. He led the Group’s large scale HW remediation plant buildout, from construction, equipment installation to final commissioning of the plant. Mr. Bai is also an expert on incineration business equipment and technologies. In 2017, he led a technology upgrade patent application of a slag machine, which was officially approved by the state.
