Ms. Margot Song, CEO of EnviroVest Group, met with Mr. Jean-Pierre Raffarin, the former French Prime Minister and special envoy of the French president Mr. Emmanuel Macron, while attending the “Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation“ hosted by President Xi Jinping from May 14th to 15th. Mr. Jean-Pierre Raffarin conveyed President Macron’s appreciation for what Ms. Song and her EnviroVest team have achieved, not only in the exchange and cooperation in the environmental services between France and China, which contributed to the French economy, but also in the sustainable development of the human society. President Macron hopes that there’d be more Chinese smart investors like EnviroVest that can adopt a global perspective and bring synergy to France.
Subsequently, Ms. Song convened with the French delegation of entrepreneurs led by Mr. Jean-Pierre Raffarin. Ms. Song discussed the recently emerged investment climate and opportunities in China, as well as EnviroVest’s latest business activities in France. At the conclusion of an active discussion, members of the French delegation, including the CEO of Idinvest Fund France, AAQUIS France and eJnnn reached framework agreements on a wide range of collaborations, from environmental services to health care and new technologies. Mr. Raffarin relayed the French President’s recognition of EnviroVest’s ongoing investment activities in France.
